Chapter Dues & Donations
The AlpAdria Chapter does not charge membership dues. However, to remain an active member you should pay your Cornell Hotel Society dues. There is two ways to do this:
1) Online at: http://www.hotelschool.cornell.edu/alumni/chs/dues/ , and
2) By contacting the Hotel School's Alumni Affairs Office at: hotelsociety@sha.cornell.edu, or by phone at: (607)255-3565
By paying your dues, you will be entitled to receive the following benefits:
Membership Directory
You will receive online access to the membership directory. The directory lists the most current contact information on all Hotel School graduates. You can update your address online as well.
Membership Card
You will receive an annual membership card from the Cornell Hotel Society. The plastic card will be under your name. This year's edition (2006) will provide you with discounts at Alamo Rent-A-Car, Intercontinental Hotels and The Cornell Club of New York.
Lapel Pins
You will receive a Cornell Hotel Society embossed membership pin, on request (from the Alumni Affairs Office at hotelsociety@sha.cornell.edu).
Alumni Events
You will be invited to all local and regional events sponsored by the 59 Society chapters worldwide, providing excellent opportunities for networking and meeting local graduates.
Online Permanent Jobs Directory
You will gain online access to Permanent Job listings. The listings are updated regularly, as positions are received.
Cornell Hotel School Magazine
You will receive the Cornell Hotel School magazine, the official publication of the Cornell Hotel Society. It contains class news and activities at the Hotel School, and informs you about Chapter Events throughout the world. This is an excellent way for you to stay informed and involved with your School, classmates, and the Society.
