November 2nd: CHS Beijing Dinner
CHS Beijing will be hodling a get together dinner on November 2nd, most probably at the Sofitel Wanda Beijing. We will take this opportunity to discover this newly opened Sofitel, which is also unveiling the newest Sofitel generation, and Sofitel China's flagship.
October 31st: Cornell President Skorton's in Beijing
Cornell President Skorton will be coming to Beijing for its first official visit to China since becoming President of Cornell University. The event is organized by the Cornell Club of Beijing, on Wednesday, October 31st from 7 to 9 pm at the Capital Club (50th floor of Capital Mansion). See below for details and RSVP.

2007 Greetings...
Dear fellow hoteliers,
2006 has been a great year for all of us here in China, and we expect 2007 to be another exceptional year in the field of hospitality.
Your CHS leadership is also getting a little more organized, and we have now access to great communication and networking development ressources with the avent of a dedicated CHS website, customizable by every chapter all around the globe. This will help all of us in raising and promoting the Cornell Hotel School in this part of the world.
We will be organising more regular networking events in Beijing and Shanghai this year, and hope that everyone will take the opportunity to join our events.
This website can be a great tool for everyone to share ressources and ideas, and it is therefore also your responsibility to participate to its content. Right now, Denis Fasquelle will assume the role of webmaster, so feel free to contact him if you are willing to share your valuable content, comments, white papers, industry research, internet links, pictures...
