Nov 16th, 2006 - Beijing Hilton Hotel Dinner

A great evening spent at the Beijing Hilton Hotel . We started around 6:30 pm with drinks at the Zeta Bar, went on for a nice tour of the hotel, guided by Markus Kosch, Hilton Beijing's Director of Operations, visited the recently renovated rooms (would easily recommend the executive floors to all Beijing visitors), the new banquet and meeting facilities, the Elements - round the clock - asian specialities casual dining restaurant, and newly opened American upscale "One East on Third" restaurant (the hotel is located at 1 East Road on East Third Ring North Road) where we enjoyed a grand dining experience. New York Chef Joshua Goetz and his service team did a great job at animating the restaurant and everone present really enjoyed the attentive service, excellent food and great atmosphere!
