President - Ådne Skurdal
Ådne started his career in hospitality as a barkeeper at Quality Hotel Grand in Kongsberg, where he combined work with a B. Sc. in Business Administration at Buskerud College (HIBU). He then enrolled at the Master of International Hospitality Administration at the University of Stavanger's Hotel School (NHS) on advice from the GM of the Grand. He spent the first year at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, where he specialized in Revenue Management. Returning from Cornell he spent the summer as an intern in the Revenue Management Deprartment at Choice Hotels Scandinavia HQ in Oslo.
He still needs to do certain adjustments to his Master thesis to achieve the Master degree from the University of Stavanger. Ådne Skurdal is now the Revenue Manager at Quality Airport Hotel Stavanger and Revenue & Reservation Manager at Comfort Hotel RunWay, which is to open in January 2010.
Vice President - Nils Korsvoll
Nils got his first job in hospitality at 16, working as a dishwasher in the famous restaurant Ludl’s Gourmet. Having declined an apprenticeship with renowned chef and Bocuse d’Argent winner Odd Ivar Solvold, he moved to France where he attended culinary school in La Rochelle for two years, earning the Brevet d’Etudes Professionnelle de Cuisine. He then returned to Norway to work as a line cook and later the sous chef at Restaurant Villa Provence.
After completing his military service with His Majesty the King’s Guards, Nils headed for Ithaca, NY. He spent four years in Ithaca, earning a B. Sc. in Hotel Administration at Cornell University, with a specialization in Revenue Management. After an internship with the corporate Revenue Management department at Choice Hotels Scandinavia, Nils now works as the Revenue Manger at Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport, one of Norway’s largest conference hotels.

- Kristine Tonning
Kristine started her hotel education at the Swiss School of Hotel Management in Switzerland in 1995. Her first hotel job was in Zurich for the five stars hotel, Eden Au Lac. After graduation, Kristine continued her career in London where she spent 5 years working for different hotels, including Novotel and the Savoy Group.
In 2002 she returned to her hometown Bergen and where she joined the Clarion Hotel Admiral as Conference Manager, before being promoted to Hotel Manager and Director of Operations.
Kristine received the Young Hotelier of the Year Award in 2007. The award included attendance at The General Managers Program (GMP) at Cornell University.
Kristine has since 2006 worked as a Director of Operations at Hotel Bristol in Oslo.
- Kjersti Ringholm
Kjersti Ringholm has her major education from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) in business and economics, as well as three years of hotel management education from the Swiss School of Hotel Management in Chur, Switzerland. In 2008 she went to Cornell for the General Managers Program.
Kjersti has broad work experience from 5 star hotels in Switzerland, Asia and USA. She has been GM in Norway for different hotel chains since 2000, and in 2009 she started as Area Director in Thon Hotels. Here she has the responsibility for 14 Thon Hotel properties in the Oslo area.
- Petter Pintzow
Petter har en Bachelor of Science utdannelse innen Hotel Administration fra Cornell University, USA. I tillegg har han deltatt på en rekke kurs og seminarer innen ledelse og styrearbeid.
I løpet av sin karriere har han hatt flere lederstillinger og vært direktør innen hotellnæringen i USA og Norge. De siste femogtyve år har han arbeidet som leder og rådgiver innen nasjonale og internasjonale forretningsvirksomheter og rådgivningsselskaper.
Petter har også vært gjesteforeleser på Cornell University og foredragsholder for norske høyskolestudenter. Han har styreerfaring, skrevet artikler og holdt foredrag innen service management, personalledelse og lederrekruttering.
